Alvaston Medical Centre are seeking an exceptional individual to take on the role of Deputy Practice Manager. If you have a proven track record in leadership, possess sound knowledge of strategic business management, finance, quality controls, and HR, then we want to hear from you. We value individuals who share our ethos and can foster excellent teamwork. We are a 3 GP Partner part dispensing practice with two sites (Aston on Trent Surgery and Alvaston Medical Centre). We provide exceptional care to 12,500 patients in the South Derbyshire. Our practice is also involved in training undergraduates, GP's, and nurses, and actively participates within our PCN.We have a CQC rating of Good with our most recent inspection. As the Deputy Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing the business side of the practice. Your responsibilities will encompass compliance, HR, finance, etc. Rest assured; you will have the support of a strong management team which includes a Practice Operations manager. We are looking for adaptable and loyal team players, eager to contribute to a supportive and dynamic practice. A comprehensive handover will be provided by the Practice Manager. The post is part time / full-time post. Additionally, you will enjoy 5 weeks' leave per year, statutory bank holidays, and access to the NHS pension. Salary: Negotiable.
