We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team in Newark. Responsibilities
Lead and manage the nursing team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
Develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to residents’ needs.
Monitor and evaluate resident progress, updating care plans where required.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and clinical best practices.
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to promote resident wellbeing.
Provide guidance, mentoring, and clinical support to nursing staff.
Maintain accurate resident records and documentation.
Foster a positive, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and staff alike.
Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a valid NMC registration.
Previous experience in a clinical leadership role within a healthcare setting.
Strong understanding of patient care standards and clinical practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
