We are a growing travel agency (ATOL No. 12639) looking for an experienced and knowledgeable travel professional to join our team on a part-time basis.
This role would be ideal for a retired or semi-retired travel industry professional who still enjoys working with customers and sharing their expertise while maintaining a flexible work-life balance.
Responsibilities
• Assisting customers with holiday, flight, Umrah, and travel bookings.
• Providing expert travel advice and destination recommendations.
• Managing customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
• Preparing travel quotations and itineraries.
• Supporting the sales team with travel industry knowledge and best practices.
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Ensuring a high level of customer service throughout the booking process.
Requirements
• Previous experience working in the travel industry (travel agency, tour operator, airline, or related sector).
• Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and travel products.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage customer enquiries efficiently.
• Good computer and administrative skills.
• Experience with Umrah, Hajj, or international travel bookings would be an advantage.
