The Best Connection are currently recruiting Machine Operatives to join a long-standing, prestigious client based in Cheslyn Hay. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure full-time, ongoing work with the potential to become permanent.
The RoleWorking within a semi-automated production facility, your duties will include:
- Operating machinery including presses
- Assisting in the production of concrete materials
- Carrying out general factory and production tasks
You will be fully trained, working alongside an experienced team member and following a structured training plan to build your skills and confidence.
What's ProvidedAll workwear is supplied free of charge, including:
- Overalls
- Ear defenders
- Safety glasses
- Steel toe cap wellies & safety boots
Once training is completed, and with strong attendance and timekeeping, you may be offered a permanent position with the client.
⏰ Working Hours- Monday to Friday
- Start: 06:00 - 08:00
- Finish: 16:00 - 17:00
- Overtime available
- £13.50 per hour
