Crynodeb
We are looking for a personal assistant who is able to support this young woman who has limited lower limb mobility and uses a wheelchair to get out and about. Along with
support to achieve greater independence with activities of daily living, foster social inclusion and improving access.
Knowledge/experience of epilepsy care and moving and handling required.
You would be required to provide support within her own home, the local community and attending hospital appointments.
A driver with a full clean license and access to own vehicle required.
Must have a recent, clear enhanced DBS
Must provide evidence of current liability insurance, UTR number and be able to provide regular invoices.
Payments will be made electronically.
