What skills and experience we're looking for
• Class teacher of KS1 or KS2. This will be decided upon applicant and where strengths lie. The role would be suitable for an ECT looking to gain valued knowledge and experience of teaching, supported by a well experienced team.
• Dynamic and motivated individual who is committed to learning
• Excellent proven track record of good teaching and learning
• Committed to highest standards of learning for all pupils regardless of ability and background
• Innovative and able to demonstrate exciting and creative learning both inside and outside the classroom
• Demonstrate high standards of themselves and others
• Enthusiastic and flexible with the capacity to contribute to wider aspects of school life.
• Exemplary at classroom management (inclusive of behaviour, learning behaviour, special educational needs and deployment)
• An inspiring role model
• Determined to provide the highest quality curriculum experiences for our children
