Nursery Practitioner


£30,100 per annum | Full-Time, 40 hours per week | All Year Round | Good Ofsted Rating



Our client is a well-resourced, Good Ofsted-rated nursery where children enjoy a rich and varied programme of creative play, focused learning, and group-led activities. With a proven track record of preparing children brilliantly for the next stage of their education, this is a setting where the quality of care is at the forefront.



They are now looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join their warm team and play a hands-on role in delivering the high standard of early years practice this nursery is known for.



What Our Client Is Looking For



  • Level 3 Early Years qualification or above - essential

  • Experience working within a nursery or early years setting

  • A solid understanding of EYFS and a genuine passion for early childhood development

  • Warm, nurturing, and enthusiastic about delivering creative, varied early years experiences

  • Committed to supporting children's school readiness and wider development

  • Reliable, positive, and a strong team player

Key Responsibilities



  • Delivering warm, high-quality care and early years education within your designated room

  • Planning and implementing a rich mix of creative play, focused learning, and group-led activities in line with EYFS

  • Making full use of the nursery's well-resourced environment to provide varied, engaging experiences every day

  • Supporting children's development and school readiness in line with the nursery's strong preparation outcomes

  • Observing and documenting children's progress, sharing updates meaningfully with families

  • Building secure, nurturing relationships with children, families, and colleagues

  • Contributing positively to the team and upholding the nursery's Good Ofsted standards
