Our client is a Good Ofsted-rated nursery based within a beautiful listed building, offering large, characterful rooms and a spacious outdoor garden that creates a truly unique environment for children to learn, explore, and grow.
They are now looking for a passionate and qualified Nursery Practitioner to join their welcoming team and contribute to a nurturing, high-quality early years environment.
What Our Client Is Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification – essential
- Experience working within a nursery or early years setting
- A genuine passion for early childhood development and high-quality early years education
- A warm, nurturing, and enthusiastic approach
- Reliable, positive, and a strong team player

Key Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality care and early years education within your designated room
- Making full use of the nursery’s outdoor garden to enhance children’s learning experiences
- Planning and implementing engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Observing and tracking children’s progress and development
- Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Maintaining a safe, stimulating, and welcoming environment
- Supporting the nursery’s high standards and positive team culture
