ZTL Care is looking for an experienced and motivated Cleaning Supervisor to join our management team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for overseeing our cleaning staff, delivering training, and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness are maintained across all client sites. You will play a key part in growing and developing our team while bringing your expert knowledge of the cleaning industry.

Your Responsibilities

Supervise and manage a team of cleaners across multiple sites.
Deliver induction and ongoing training to new and existing staff.
Carry out quality control checks and site inspections to ensure standards are met.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their individual needs and expectations.
Ensure all cleaning products and equipment are used correctly, safely, and efficiently.
Keep up to date with industry best practices, new products, and cleaning techniques.
Monitor stock levels and manage the ordering of cleaning supplies.
Carry out risk assessments and ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations.
Report to management on team performance, client feedback, and any operational issues.


What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a cleaning supervisory or team leader role.
Strong knowledge of the cleaning industry, including commercial and domestic environments.
In-depth knowledge of cleaning products, chemicals, COSHH regulations, and equipment.
Experience delivering staff training and inductions.
Good understanding of customer service and client relationship management.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to manage and motivate a team.
Full UK driving licence (preferred).
BICS qualification or equivalent cleaning industry certification is a bonus.
