About the Position
Gosport’s location within one of the UK’s busiest maritime regions supports ongoing marine logistics, vessel servicing, and offshore supply activity. We are currently looking for a Port Logistics Operative to assist with warehouse operations and offshore materials coordination.
The role is practical, team-based, and offers a fixed offshore rotation pattern with full training provided.

Key Responsibilities
Supporting cargo and materials handling activities
Assisting with offshore dispatch preparation

Following port safety procedures at all times
Your Profile
Logistics or warehouse experience preferred
Comfortable working around active operational environments
Good communication skills
Reliable and safety-focused approach
Able to work offshore rotations
Team-oriented mindset
Mandatory Safety Requirements
OSR-1 Requirement:
Candidates must successfully complete the OSR-1 assessment before progressing.
BOSIET Sponsorship:
The company will provide full sponsorship for BOSIET training and certification.
