What you’ll be doing
Leading and coaching a team to deliver efficient job scheduling and service delivery
Managing workloads, priorities, and escalations
Supporting engineers and operational teams to hit targets and SLAs
Using data and systems to track performance and improve delivery
Driving a strong, customer-focused team culture
What we’re looking for
Experience in a trades environment (Gas desirable)
Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
Strong planning, organisation, and problem-solving skills
Confident communicator used to working in fast-paced operations
Good understanding of service delivery, compliance, and H&S
