Schools across Salford-including Eccles, Swinton, Walkden, Little Hulton, Irlam, Cadishead, and Salford Quays-are known for their strong community focus, inclusive ethos, and commitment to supporting pupils from a wide range of backgrounds. Many schools place a significant emphasis on pastoral care, early intervention, and removing barriers to learning, alongside driving improvements in attainment and progress. What You'll Be Doing:
- Delivering engaging and well-structured lessons across the primary curriculum
- Creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
- Adapting teaching to meet a range of learning needs
- Supporting pupils with varying levels of ability, including those with additional needs
- Working collaboratively with staff to support both academic progress and pupil wellbeing
- Developing your teaching practice through hands-on classroom experience
We're Looking For:
- Trainee teachers on track to achieve QTS by September 2026
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to teaching
- Confidence in managing a classroom (with support where needed)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A genuine commitment to inclusive education and supporting all learners
