Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities

Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient food production processes
Prepare, cook, and present a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards
Manage food safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health regulations and hygiene standards
Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and controlling waste
Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to develop their culinary skills and knowledge
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment at all times
Assist in menu planning, development, and innovation to meet customer preferences
Requirements

Proven experience in food production, cooking, and kitchen management within a hospitality or restaurant setting
Supervising experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
Excellent culinary skills with a passion for creating high-quality dishes
Leadership qualities with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
Good organisational skills with attention to detail in food presentation and preparation
Previous experience in restaurant service or hospitality industry is highly desirable
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as required
