Location: Glasgow
Salary: £65k-£80k

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Registered Home Manager to lead a large, well-established care home in Glasgow, providing high-quality care to elderly residents, including those living with dementia.

This position offers the chance to take full operational responsibility for a busy home, supported by an experienced senior management team. It is ideal for a results-driven individual with a strong track record in elderly and dementia care management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a care team to deliver exceptional, person-centred care.
Ensure compliance with Care Inspectorate standards, including the creation and review of care plans and assessments.
Develop positive relationships with residents, families, external agencies, and local authorities.
Manage recruitment, training, and development of staff to build a high-performing team.
Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and occupancy growth, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
Promote the home within the local community and establish it as a trusted brand.
Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience managing a care home of a similar size is essential.
Strong understanding and passion for dementia care.
Proven leadership and staff management experience.
Sound knowledge of care compliance, regulation, and best practice.
Confident in building partnerships with local authorities and external professionals.
Commercial awareness, including experience in managing budgets and increasing occupancy.
