This role sits between administration and technical coordination, supporting the technician team while acting as a key point of contact for customers and engineers.
You will ensure smooth workflow between inspections, reporting, and customer communication.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer calls and provide clear, professional updates
• Process inspection payments
• Create, update, and manage jobs within the internal system
• Collate and organise technician inspection reports and diagnostics
• Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with company standards
• Liaise with technicians to obtain missing or additional information
• Support scheduling, parts coordination, and follow-up actions
Essential Skills
• Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office essential)
• Confident using digital systems and maintaining accurate records
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise workload in a busy environment
Desirable Experience
• Previous experience in service reception, automotive administration, or customer service
• Familiarity with workshop, fleet, or inspection systems
