IntroductionAcorn by Synergie are recruiting a General Service Operative to join TATA Steel at their Shotton site in Deeside. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a global leader in steel production, securing ongoing, full-time work with excellent career potential.
Key Duties-
Driving a small skip wagon onsite
- Driving and operating a gully sucker wagon onsite, picking up skips and emptying them

Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.

Support production areas as and when required

Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.

Ability to follow health and safety procedures.

Pre-start drug and alcohol test required.
- Full UK driving licence is an essential requirement for the role
- Previous experience of driving wagons would be an advantage but not essential as full onsite training and support is provided

£13.65 per hour basic rate.
- Enhanced rates for overtime worked

Temp to Perm opportunity with ongoing full-time work.

Full training and ongoing support are provided
Monday - Friday: 8am - 4pm (39 hours per week)
