Summary

Key Responsibilities
Prepare, write, review, and approve technical documents including:
Operations and maintenance manuals
Data sheets
Design calculations
Test certificates
QA data books
Plant machinery safety assessments
Client project technical documents in line with deliverables
SSS technical documentation in line with project deliverables
Ensure all technical documentation aligns with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with engineers and project teams to collect accurate and up-to-date technical data.
Support Research & Development (R&D) tax capture, monitoring, and calculation efforts.
Maintain and actively promote company culture in line with core values.
Provide a customer service-focused approach to documentation, ensuring clarity and accessibility for end users.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
A degree in Engineering, Technical Communication, or a related field.
Strong technical writing and editing skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to interpret and present complex technical information clearly and concisely.
Familiarity with technical documentation standards and best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management tools.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
A proactive and customer-oriented mindset.
