Summary
Following your training as a theatre practitioner you will: Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to patients, families, and friends. Assist surgeons in the delivery of ophthalmic care. Provide scrub support within the theatre, ensuring AfPP good practice guidelines are followed. Prepare clinical areas for daily activities. Manage the admission and discharge of patients on theatre days. Participate in departmental audits. Be proactive, eager to learn, and passionate about delivering high-quality care.
