The Role
A well-established engineering organisation is seeking a Production Admin Support to join its busy operations team. Delivering a diverse portfolio of projects, the business is backed by a highly skilled workforce and advanced production facilities.
This is a key role providing vital administrative support to both the production and quality assurance teams. You’ll ensure documentation, systems, and processes are accurately maintained, helping to keep operations running efficiently across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
Collate and manage quality assurance (QA) documentation
Compile and maintain production status reports
Provide administrative support across multiple locations
Assist other departments as required
File, scan, and organise technical documentation
Manage material certification records, including document scanning and linking
Issue material certificates to QA teams
Create and manage work orders within internal systems
Update systems with delivery and receipt information
Collate and distribute material traceability reports
Prepare and issue welding and QA documentation
Skills & Experience
Strong IT skills with the ability to effectively use and update internal systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience in an administrative or document control role (desirable)
High level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills
GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English (Grade C/4 or above)
