We are looking for an experienced CRM Executive to join our rapidly evolving and dynamic team. Reporting to the CRM Manager, this role is responsible for the execution and optimisation of BAU and lifecycle marketing communications and supporting the ongoing strategic development of CRM and loyalty programmes.

Responsibilities:
Campaign execution and delivery
Plan, execute, and optimise CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push including BAU campaigns and automated lifecycle journeys
Support the execution and delivery of offline strategies and campaigns
Develop customer segmentation and personalisation strategies.
Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Deliver A/B and multivariate testing initiatives.

Data Analysis and Insights:
Deliver regular CRM performance reporting across key campaigns and lifecycle programmes
Analyse campaign results and customer behaviour data to provide actionable recommendations that
inform optimisation and future strategy.
Support CRM reporting dashboards and KPI tracking.

CRM Systems, Data & Segmentation:
Support the ongoing management and optimisation of customer data segments and audiences within CRM/CDP platforms, ensuring high standards of data quality, accuracy, and integrity.
Contribute to the development and refinement of customer segmentation and personalisation strategies to enable targeted and personalised marketing communications.
Maintain CRM data quality, integrity and governance standards.

Creative & Commercial Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with creative, brand and content teams to develop and optimise campaign messaging, ensuring CRM communications are engaging, on-brand and aligned to customer and wider business objectives.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or vocational equivalent eg. CIM, IDM
Three-plus years of experience in CRM or email marketing roles
Proficiency in CRM platforms and marketing automation tools (e.g. Bloomreach, Klaviyo, DotDigital)

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of digital marketing best practices and trends
Proven experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation techniques
Proficient and creative copywriter
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify key trends and insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work proactively and independently - and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
A solid understanding of best practice/data privacy legislation
Strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

This role would suit a CRM or digital marketing professional with hands-on experience in life cycle marketing, ideally within an e-commerce or retail environment. You’ll have a strong understanding of email marketing principles, customer segmentation and campaign execution, and confident in working
within CRM platforms to deliver targeted, data-driven communications.
