3. Financial and Payroll Oversight Ensure the timely and accurate processing of payments for both internal bank staff and external agency workers, in line with payroll deadlines and financial controls. 4. Advisory and Stakeholder Engagement Provide expert advice and guidance to departments on the appropriate use of temporary staffing and agency resources. Support the implementation of robust monitoring, assurance, and escalation processes. Promote and share best practice to optimise workforce utilisation across the Trust. Role Requirements The post holder will work operationally within a busy Temporary Staffing/Resourcing/People Services environment and previous team leadership experience is required.
