We are seeking an experienced International Marketing Manager to join our London-based team and play a key role in shaping our marketing strategy across non-US markets. This is a highly visible and strategic role responsible for leading the development and execution of integrated marketing and communications plans across the UK, Europe, and other international regions. The successful candidate will support AmTrust’s growth ambitions by driving brand visibility, enabling product expansion, and delivering impactful go-to-market strategies tailored to diverse regional and regulatory environments.

Working closely with senior regional leadership, underwriting, and other teams, you will ensure that marketing activity is fully aligned to commercial objectives and local market priorities. The role spans the full client lifecycle, from supporting new business growth and product launches to strengthening existing client relationships and enhancing brand positioning in key markets. You will also contribute to public relations and external communications activity, helping to elevate AmTrust’s reputation and executive presence internationally.

We are looking for a commercially minded and strategically focused marketing professional with a strong track record in financial services, ideally within insurance or other regulated industries. You will bring experience of developing multi-regional marketing strategies, working with brokers or B2B distribution models, and delivering measurable outcomes in complex environments. Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to balance global brand consistency with local market relevance are essential.
