Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship
Location: West House School, Edgbaston, Birmingham (B15 2NX)
Salary: £8.00 per hour
Hours: 30 hours per week (Mon–Fri, 9:00am–3:00pm)
⏳ Duration: Typically 18 months
Qualification: Level 3 Early Years Educator

The role
- Support the planning and delivery of engaging Early Years activities
- Help create a safe, stimulating environment for children
- Work closely with staff to support learning and development
- Build positive relationships with children and families
- Assist with observations, record keeping and classroom organisation
- Support day-to-day classroom, playtime, and admin task
What we’re looking for
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Patience, organisation, and a caring approach
- Passion for supporting young people
- GCSE Maths & English (Grade C/4 or above) ESSENTIAL
