Agricultural Service Manager
Agricultural Service Manager - East Staffordshire - £40,000 + Company Vehicle + Benefits

The Job:
An established agricultural machinery business is looking for a Service Manager to take responsibility for workshop operations at its East Staffordshire depot. The role focuses on ensuring the smooth running of the service function, maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting a team of technicians to deliver consistent, high quality work.
This position suits someone with solid agricultural machinery experience who is confident running a busy workshop environment and keeping both people and processes on track.

The Company:
A long standing agricultural machinery business supplying and supporting equipment across the farming sector. The organisation has a strong reputation for technical expertise, dependable aftersales support and long term customer relationships.

The Candidate
- Background in agricultural service, workshop supervision or similar role
- Strong understanding of agricultural machinery and mechanical systems
- Confident managing engineers and coordinating daily workloads
- Able to prioritise effectively in a fast moving environment
- Strong communication skills with a customer focused approach
- Competent with IT systems and service administration
- Full UK driving licence required
- Experience with diagnostics, KPI tracking or manufacturer training beneficial

Candidate Requirements
All applicants must hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 2, Scottish NVQ Level 2, or an equivalent qualification relevant to the role applied for. Candidates must also have the legal right to work in the UK or hold a valid visa permitting employment.
