Crynodeb
The Home Therapies Team Leader will act as the clinical expert and professional resource to the Multi-Professional team, patients and carers within the service The post holder will work closely with the home therapies nursing lead and lead clinician to develop the specialist area of practice in order to support the current service growth and development to meet the 20% requirement of all patients on renal replacement therapy being on a home therapy The post holder will be expected to provide first-line management and lead a team ofspecialist nurses The post holder will provide leadership to the team of nurse specialists and working with the nursing lead, develop new roles / ways of working (High Impact Changes).
