Contract type: 12 Months fixed-term contract

Hours: 5 days per week (37.5 Hours) Worked between Monday- Friday

Salary: Grade 5 - £26,650- £28,821 (5% employer pension contribution,

Medicash and group life assurance, 27 days annual leave per annum for FTE plus bank holidays)

Location: Contractually based from our Liverpool or Manchester Office with flexibility to work from home, subject to business requirements and line manager approval. Travel to programme areas in the North West and other Programme areas may be required.

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Programme Administration Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our Regional Programme Directors and across programmes to ensure the smooth operation of the function. This role requires proficiency in various software applications, excellent communication skills and a proactive, flexible approach to support us as we enter into an exciting period of growth.

Key Objectives of the Role

Working closely with the Chief Programmes Officer, Regional Programme - Directors, Administration & Governance Manager and the Senior Programme Administration Officer, this person will:

- Support the administration requirements of the Regional Directors and Programme teams.
- Organise and maintain files, records, and documentation as required.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, and prepare necessary materials.
-Assist with managing correspondence and respond to enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with data entry and maintain databases as required.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries as required.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
- Support team members with various projects and tasks.
- Support teams with minute-taking for meetings.
- Support teams with the planning and coordination of various events.
- Support teams with funder reporting and events requirements if required
