The Finance Assistant Role
As a Finance Assistant, you will provide essential support across finance and administration, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This Finance Assistant role offers a varied workload and exposure to multiple areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Processing purchase and sales invoices
• Assisting with bank reconciliations and payments
• Providing general finance and administrative support
• Supporting travel bookings, events, and visitor coordination
• Maintaining records and updating internal systems
• Supporting the wider finance team as needed
About You
• Previous experience in a Finance Assistant or similar role
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident using Excel and Microsoft Office
• Experience with finance systems (Sage 200 desirable)
• A proactive and professional approach
