About the Role
Our client, a well-established manufacturer of high-quality rugs and carpets based in Birmingham, is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join their production team. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term role with a growing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect finished rugs and carpets to ensure they meet quality standards
- Identify defects, inconsistencies, or production issues
- Accurately record inspection data using an iPad
- Work closely with production teams to resolve quality concerns
- Ensure all products meet customer and company specifications
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
Requirements
- Previous experience in a quality inspection, manufacturing, or production role preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using an iPad for reporting and data entry (essential)
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
