Join Sodexo at the Scottish Parliament in Edinburgh as a Food Service Assistant and become part of a professional team delivering exceptional food service in a unique and prestigious environment. You’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience for customers while supporting the smooth and efficient delivery of high-quality catering services every day.
What you’ll do:
•Support the preparation and presentation of meals while consistently followingfood safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
•Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment by cleaning serviceareas, washing equipment, and restocking supplies as required.
•Assist with the safe handling, storage, and rotation of food stock to ensurefreshness and compliance with food safety procedures.
•Take customer orders, process payments efficiently, and confidently support arange of dietary and allergen requirements.
•Help set up and clear down food service stations to ensure smooth, efficient,and high-quality service delivery.
•Follow all health, safety, and company procedures in line with Sodexo policiesand standards.
