About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Die Cutter Operator to work with our client based in Shipley. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining die cutting machinery to produce high-quality finished products in line with company standards and customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate die cutting machines efficiently and safely
Ensure materials are correctly aligned and cut to specification
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine issues
Follow production schedules and meet deadlines
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Requirements:
Previous experience operating die cutting machinery (e.g. platen, rotary, or flatbed) preferred
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Ability to read and interpret job specifications and technical drawings
Good mechanical aptitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work shifts/overtime if required
