Summary
Care Home Manager (Nurse Qualified)
Salary: £55,000 – £60,000
40 Hours per week

Overseeing both a nursing and residential home, you’ll have the chance to shape services, inspire teams, and drive high standards of care across both settings. This is a role for a confident leader who thrives on responsibility and is passionate about delivering outstanding care.
What We’re Looking For
- Nurse qualified (RGN/RMN) – essential
- Proven experience as a Care Home Manager – essential
- Experience supporting adults with complex needs and mental health conditions
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams across multiple services
- Excellent communication skills with a clear and confident approach
- Strong understanding of compliance, safeguarding, and regulatory standards
- A proactive and organised approach to managing services
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing the day-to-day management of both the nursing and residential homes
- Ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is delivered across both services
- Leading, motivating, and developing staff teams
- Maintaining compliance with regulatory and safeguarding standards
- Managing performance, staffing, and occupancy levels
- Building positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals
- Driving continuous improvement and maintaining high standards across both homes
