TADEA Staffing Ltd is currently recruiting compassionate and reliable Healthcare Support Workers to join our growing healthcare staffing team supporting services across Cardiff, Newport, Pontypridd, Bridgend, and surrounding areas.
We provide staffing support to supported living services, residential care homes, mental health services, and community-based care settings.
Duties may include:
• Supporting service users with daily living activities
• Providing personal care where required
• Promoting independence and wellbeing
• Supporting individuals with mental health, learning disabilities, autism, or dementia
• Maintaining accurate records and following care plans
• Working professionally as part of a care team
Requirements:
• Right to work in the UK
• Compassionate and professional attitude
• Good communication skills
• Flexibility for shifts including days, nights, and weekends
• Willingness to complete mandatory healthcare training
• Enhanced DBS preferred (or willingness to apply)
Mandatory training may include:
• Safeguarding Adults & Children

• Basic Life Support / First Aid
• Infection Prevention and Control
• PMVA / Positive Behaviour Support
• Manual Handling
