Summary


We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly candidate to join our reception team to provide a comprehensive administration and reception service to a busy Talking Therapies Team service wide. Base site will either be Rotherham or Scunthorpe, to be discussed further in interview.

Previous experience of working in the NHS or other large public sector organisation and using an electronic records system i.e. SystmOne would be desirable.

This post would suit a highly motivated, organised and friendly individual with good attention to detail and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will undertake many roles alongside working on the service main reception.

This includes greeting service users and visitors, dealing with general enquires both face to face and over the telephone, booking clinic rooms, managing email accounts, general administrative duties such as checking deliveries, sorting the post, data input, processing referrals into the service, maintaining clinic diaries, management of medical records and related documents, building duties and working with clinicians and the management team to ensure quality service delivery.

There is a requirement to attend training at other sites across Doncaster, Rotherham and Scunthorpe and there may be a requirement to cover other areas in the surrounding locality.
