Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements.
- Provide expert legal advice on commercial, procurement, and contractual matters.
- Support key projects and strategic initiatives with legal input.
- Identify and manage legal risks, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
- Advise stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.
- Manage disputes and support resolution processes where required.
- Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and best practice.
- Mentor and support junior legal staff where appropriate.
