Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our RISE Services as a Admin Support on a full-time basis, within the Intervention Pathway Hub Team.
The post holder will have excellent organisational skills, effective communication skills and the ability to be innovative in regards to the way in which clinical assessments and interventions are co-ordinated.
You will play important roles supporting our Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service and will be base cover activity within the the RISE Specialist Mental Health Services.
This role will be based at Wayside House, Coventry and may require you to travel to other CWPT bases.
Supporting with a range of administrative tasks to support Clients waiting for Intervention within the Specialist Mental Health Service. Providing effective communication and problem solving both face to face, via email and via telephone. Taking detailed messages and dealing with them in a timely and efficient way and refer as appropriate. Creating and sending letters, leaflets and additional information. Overseeing waiting list activity, ensuring information is recorded accurately. Submitting referrals and recording activity from partner agencies.
