We are seeking a dedicated and caring Children's Residential Care Associate to join a therapeutic residential service in Salisbury.

In this role, you will help children develop emotional wellbeing, independence, and positive life skills. You will play a vital part in creating a stable home environment that promotes safety, consistency, and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support children and young people with daily routines and activities
  • Promote emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour strategies
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with young people
  • Support education, leisure, and social development
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary residential care team
  • Contribute to care plans and safeguarding responsibilities
Shift Pattern
  • Full-time permanent role
  • Includes day shifts, evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
  • Rolling rota for consistency and work-life balance

About You
  • Caring, reliable, and committed to supporting children
  • Able to remain calm in challenging situations
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience in care, youth work, or support roles is helpful but not essential
  • A genuine passion for helping young people succeed
  • Driver required
