Summary
Location: Hucknall, Nottingham, NG15 6WG
Shifts: Full Time - 37.5hrs per week (Monday - Friday with possible weekend work)
Pay Rate: £12.96ph
About the services:
Hucknall, Watnall and Moorgreen are all 8 bed residential services supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism EUPD and complex needs. The services provide safe, structured and person-centred environments where the individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills and achieve personal goals.
The people we support enjoy a range of different activities within the service and in the community including swimming, cooking, walks and beauty treatments, helping them to stay engaged, active and connected.
We are looking for an organised and friendly Administrator to join our growing team. Working closely with 2 Registered Managers, you will provide essential day-to-day administrative support to ensure the smooth running of 3 service.
Key Duties:
Managing staff rotas and attendance records
Payroll input, petty cash, and general financial administration
Answering phone calls, emails, and responding to enquiries
Welcoming families, visitors, and professionals to the service
Maintaining accurate records, including care and staff documentation
Supporting HR administration, onboarding, and training records
Liaising with GPs, social workers, and external agencies
Providing general office support in a busy environment

Previous administration experience
Strong IT and organisational skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
Able to work independently and as part of a team
