Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive individual to join a busy operations team supporting a major project environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong coordination, stakeholder communication, scheduling, and administration experience who thrives in a fast-paced setting.

You will work as part of a shift pattern between 07:00 – 19:00 Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday on-call support required.

The Role

As a Water Delivery Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by acting as a central point of contact for stakeholders, coordinating schedules and contractors, maintaining accurate records, and supporting operational delivery.

Key Responsibilities Stakeholder Coordination & Communication
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, contractors, and site teams
  • Respond to emails, phone calls, and Teams messages within agreed service levels
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships through regular communication and meetings
  • Support issue resolution by identifying, escalating, and tracking operational concerns
  • Provide clear updates and reporting to stakeholders
    Scheduling & Operational Support
    • Coordinate resources and schedules to ensure delivery targets are met
    • Process delivery requests and maintain scheduling systems accurately
    • Assign and monitor contractor tasks and progress
    • Resolve site access and delivery issues efficiently
    • Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and operational documentation
    • Ensure legal, client, and health & safety records are kept up to date
      Data Management & Financial Administration
      • Maintain accurate operational and financial records
      • Support month-end processes and financial tracking
      • Verify and process contractor invoices
      • Prepare supporting information for client invoicing
      • Resolve stakeholder queries professionally and promptly
        Contractor & HSEQ Support
        • Support safe and compliant delivery of site operations
        • Assist with reporting and escalation of incidents, near misses, and HSEQ observations
        • Support site inspections, contractor checks, and documentation audits
        • Ensure all work requests are clearly communicated and understood
          Team Support
          • Work collaboratively across the wider delivery team
          • Provide cross-cover support for colleagues where required
          • Assist with administrative and operational duties to ensure continuity of service
            What We’re Looking For
            • Strong administration and coordination experience
            • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
            • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
            • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
            • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
            • Experience working within operations, logistics, scheduling, or project coordination environments would be advantageous
            • A proactive and solution-focused approach
