Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of planning applications and appeals.
- Assess proposals and produce robust, well-reasoned reports.
- Provide pre-application advice to applicants and stakeholders.
- Present applications at Planning Committee where required.
- Engage with internal consultees, applicants, and the public.
- Support delivery against service performance targets.
- Contribute to service improvements, systems, and processes.
- Mentor and support junior colleagues through knowledge sharing.
