Summary
Manpower is recruiting Production Operatives to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role involving operating and supporting filling line equipment and ensuring high standards of safety and quality. Hourly rate is £15.39ph plus £3.84ph continuous nights premium.
Key Duties:- Operate filling, boxing, and labelling machinery
- Assist with filling containers, labelling, and palletising goods
- Load/unload production lines to meet schedules
- Follow SOPs, quality, and safety procedures
- Report faults, defects, or production issues
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work to targets in a fast-paced setting
- Willingness to learn and operate machinery
- Previous production experience desirable but not essential
- Full training provided (3-6 months)
- Initially 2-shift rotation, moving to permanent nights
- Industrial environment with physical tasks
