Duties
Greet customers professionally and assist them in selecting products or services that meet their requirements
Engage in effective negotiation to close sales and maximise business opportunities
Maintain an in-depth understanding of our product range and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients
Drive sales initiatives through proactive outreach and follow-up communications
Utilise IT systems efficiently for order processing, record keeping, and reporting purposes
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries promptly and professionally
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and organisational objectives
Demonstrate excellent communication skills both face-to-face and via digital channels
Requirements
Proven experience in sales.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Proficiency in IT systems, including MS Office applications and CRM application
Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment
Organisational skills to manage multiple clients and administrative duties simultaneously
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating organisational flexibility
