Crynodeb
The post holder is responsible for supporting the delivery on a range of digital projects and improvements across NHS Fleet Solutions. The successful candidate will lead the analysis on how technology can be used to develop new systems and transform existing services to offer digital services which enhance patient experience and promote improved outcomes. The post holder must be able to analyse and evaluate business processes; analyse stakeholder objectives, investigate business requirements and identify potential benefits and options available for consideration. The role will involve reviewing pathways and processes across a wide range of care settings, working with clinical staff and patients. This role will also involve the creation of business cases, requirements development, as is and to be process mapping, benefits identification and realisation. The post holder will work collaboratively as part of an Agile multidisciplinary project team working closely with stakeholders throughout the delivery process. To role model compassionate and inclusive leadership in order to shape the creation of a collective leadership culture within the trust. This means demonstrating a consistent leadership style which (a) engages, enables and empowers others (b) uses coaching to promote ownership of learning and quality improvement and (c) facilitates team working and collaboration within teams / departments and across organisational boundaries.
