The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Document Controller to join one of our key clients operating out of the Healthcare sector. As Document Controller, you’ll play a key role in supporting Production by following accurate, compliance documentation and quality processes.

Your duties and responsibilities will be

- Prepare and review production documentation to ensure it meets strict regulatory and quality standards
- Produce batch records and labels in line with operational schedules and manufacturing requirements
- Complete and verify calculations within production documents, ensuring accuracy at all times
- Cross-check batch paperwork against master data and approved formulations for consistency
- Support quality investigations and maintain documentation in line with QMS, regulatory and internal compliance standards

You will have the following qualifications & experience:

- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and experience with document or ERP systems
- Excellent attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical ability
- Clear communication skills with the ability to work across teams
- Well organised with the ability to prioritise workload effectively

It’s great if you also have the following

- Experience working in a regulated environment such as GMP, ISO or similar frameworks is advantageous
