Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one or small-group support to students with special educational needs
- Assist with the planning and delivery of tailored lessons and activities
- Help students to access the curriculum and achieve their learning goals
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies and promote a positive, inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to student support

Required Qualifications and Experience:
