We are currently recruiting experienced Call Centre Agents to join our friendly and fast-paced office in Telford. This is a fantastic opportunity for confident communicators who enjoy speaking with customers and achieving results in a positive team environment.
This is not a hard sales role — your main responsibility will be booking free home survey appointments for our field representatives.
The Role:
• Contacting customers to discuss our free insulation survey service
• Booking appointments for our survey team
• Updating customer records accurately
• Working towards individual and team performance targets
• Delivering excellent customer service on every call
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous telemarketing, telesales, call centre, or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
What We Offer:
• Full Time, Permanent Position
• Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm
• £12.71 per hour
