Would you like a Monday-Friday role with no weekends or bank holidays?
Heatseal Insulation Limited is currently recruiting confident and motivated Call Centre Agents to join our friendly and fast-paced team in Telford.
This is not a hard sales role. Your main responsibility will be speaking with customers and booking free home survey appointments for our representatives.
The Role:
• Outbound calling to customers regarding our insulation services
• Booking appointments for free home surveys
• Providing excellent customer service on every call
• Accurately updating customer information
• Working towards daily and weekly targets
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous call centre, telemarketing, telesales, or customer service experience
• A confident and professional telephone manner
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Positive attitude and self-motivation
• Ability to work well within a team and in a busy office environment
What We Offer:

• Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm
• £12.71 per hour
