Hours: 37 hours per week
Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 4.30pm
Friday 8.30am – 4pm
Term Time Only. Including 5 Inset days
Contract: Permanent
Start: Thursday 3rd September 2026
Pay scale JG4: SCP 7 – 11 (£26,403 - £28,142 fte)

The Federation of West Leigh Infant and Backwell C of E Junior School is seeking an experienced, organised and efficient Finance Administrator to provide finance and general day to day support in the office. To work across the two schools
The successful candidate must: • Have good attention to details and be organised and self-motivated • Have good GCSE results (or equivalent) in English and Maths • Ideally have experience working in education • Be able to work confidently under pressure to deadlines • Understand the need for confidentiality • Must have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office • Ideally have experience of using data bases such as PSF, BromCom We can offer you: • A fabulous working environment with children who really want to learn • A friendly and successful school • A school with dedicated and hard-working staff • A positive learning environment • Supportive staff, governors, parents, church and community
