Crynodeb
Part time role - 6 hours per week
Preferred days/times:
Tuesday 6pm-8pm
Wednesday 6pm-8pm
Thursday 6pm-8pm
Tasks/duties:
Engaging in conversation, playing cards, assisting with hobbies, or with community outings
Assist with light cleaning in the kitchen and hallway, cooking and cleaning up, laundry, changing bed linen, cleaning the bathroom, making shopping lists, supporting with mail
The PA will be required to have a full, clean UK driving licence Mileage will be paid by the client
Client main diagnosis:
Autism Spectrum Disorder and a Learning Disability, which affects the client in the following way-
Impairment with spatial awareness, balance and coordination.
Social skill difficulties.
Anxiety / depression.
Communication or language difficulties.
Social isolation.
Communication:
The client requires time to process complex information. They require information to be broken down to help them understand what is being said, particularly if the subject is confusing or there are lots of things to talk about.
Client enjoys:
going for walks, going to the cinema, bowling and shopping. They also enjoy going to the local social club.
The client also enjoys going to football matches, circuit training each week, and playing golf
This opportunity is suited for someone who is responsible, caring, reliable, patient, and friendly, and respectful of others’ privacy, dignity, values, and beliefs
