Diamonds Playworker - Before and After School Club

Grade: 1 (SCP 6 - 11)

Hours: 6 hours 15 minutes per week (8 hours every other week including Friday afternoon)

Monday Friday morning 7.30am 8.45am

Every other Friday afternoon 3.15 5pm

Fixed Term until 23rd July 2027 with a view to extension for the right candidate.

The Governors and Head Teacher are seeking to appoint a Before and After School playworker for Diamonds who is enthusiastic, organised and interested in working with children and young people.

We are looking for a playworker who;

• has a positive, proactive outlook and is enthusiastic about working with young children
• is keen to join our dedicated and supportive team and demonstrates good interpersonal and team working skills
• preferably holds a childcare qualification or some form of experience in childcare, or is willing to work towards a level 2 qualification
