Care Team Leader
Salary: £13.87 – £14.85 per hour (dependant on qualifications and experience)
Full Time: 37.5 hours per week on a 2 on 4 off rota

As a Care Team Leader you will supervise the Support Worker team, ensuring an outstanding level of care is provided at all times. You will model best practice and create a fun, engaging environment for the residents of Winslow Court. The successful applicant will have a natural respect for our residents, giving choice wherever possible and ensuring their best interests are at the heart of everything we do.

Winslow Court provides residential support for 13 young adults aged 18 years and over, who have a severe learning disability, autism, communication difficulties, challenging behaviours, mental health and other complex needs.
